"Each of us has a unique sphere of influence...", states today's author, but how aware are we of that power? We all have so many different roles in our lives. Some are roles with peers some are roles of leadership. It is easy to forget that some people are influenced by us for good or evil. We may not put any importance into a relationship but we might be being watched carefully, as mentors, and being emulated daily. Feels like a large responsibility when you think about it. Are we aware of our sphere of influence? Do you know who is watching?Suspect
