We are reminded that we are all sinners and fall short of the glory of God. We often forget that by making it right, and honestly trying to avoid repeating the sin we show God how much we love him. This is a form of adoration or worship. It's never too late to start correcting a wrongdoing.

Luckily for us, you don't have to be perfect to get into heaven. It's funny how certain sins are so easily avoided while others are much more difficult.

Zacchaeus’ example can inspire us to make the same kind of change. When God reminds us about items we have taken, taxes left unpaid, or ways we have wronged others, we can honor Him by making it right.
