This reading made me think of the importance of fellowship. Not only can we learn from each other but since we all have different gifts we are able to serve each other. It is a form of division of labor. We all have areas of strength; using them while allowing others to serve us. This works great but it requires us to take the time and make the effort to have fellowship in a church. Consistent fellowship is difficult outside of the structure of church.

I think the key to "wisdom of crowds" is in the authors last sentence, "when we join together to pursue God's purposes,". A group can quickly become in trouble when they loose sight of God's purpose. Verse 25 emphasizes that, "For the foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength".
