It was a great way to start off my day by reading, "the Lord comforts His people and will have compassion on His afflicted ones", and "I will not forget you". It's not that I forget those things but sometimes I forget to focus on those truths.

While we know these as truths, when times are bad it's easy to think we are abandoned children of God. We forget that even these tough times are there for a reason. Embarassed
