Today's reading is something I had been reflecting on all day yesterday, how very little I'm doing to serve my Lord. I guess it's time to go from reflection to my knees in prayer .

In today's reading we are reminded that we receive eternal life if we follow Jesus. What becomes a further encouragement is that following Jesus not only assures us of eternal life but also increases the quality of this life.
