Facing Our Past

Many of us don't like to talk about the sins of our past but it is only through our reflection of those sins and the mercy of God that we are forgiven. They also serve as good reminders of how much we spiritual grow and how much we are blessed; again the importance of reflection and gratitude.

So I'm finally caught up with my four days of readings. That was much easier than when Anthony and I did the entire Bible and I might miss a few days. That would take an entire day to be back on task. Reading God's word daily is not only more beneficial to us, it's just easier.

It's always a comfort to be reminded that the Lord is not skeptical of us but has forgiven us and loves us. Now to remember to be Christ like and show that same compassion and acceptance to others.
