Today's reading gives us a good quote on how to think of the scriptures courtesy of Sir Francis Bacon, "Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested..." We are reminded that good reading including scriptural studies require "tasting, swallowing, chewing..."; that's why I enjoy doing this posting daily! This posting helps do all of that throughout my day.
