Adoption... Empty Adoption...

While today's author painted a beautiful picture of the issue of adoption he avoided the tough issue of predestination. Did we choose God (free will) or did God predestine us to choose Him? These passages bring on great debates. If God predestined me to choose Him, do I have free will? Can God truly be loved by one who had no say in loving Him? Others argue that the passage on predestination really means that God already knew what would happen. That predestination truly means foresight and knowledge. Volumes have been written on the topic and doesn't affect how most people believe about God. I know God loves me and whether he set it up that way or simply knew it would happen is insignificant to me. Very Happy
