Enjoyed reading this prophetic old scripture his morning. It reveals that the Messiah will be "despised and rejected by mankind...took up our pain...bore our suffering...pierced for our transgressions...punishment that brought us peace...and by his wounds we are healed." This reading gave us a quick summary of Jesus. Smile

People are willing to put their faith in mere men and turn questionable figures into heroes yet reject and despise the One who was willing to give his life to bare our iniquities and carry our sorrows. Sad
